Senators Fall to Lightning in a Shootout

FIVE QUICK THOUGHTS

-Sure the Tampa Bay Lightning are the best team in the league but that doesn’t mean the Senators should just let them control the game like that. Call up everyone in Belleville this morning and send down everyone over the age of 27 years old.

-Tom Pyatt should not be allowed in an NHL rink even with a paid ticket and they pick him to go first in the shootout? Outrageous. Like, even Bobby Ryan and his seven or eight remaining fingers would have been a better choice. Pyatt and Guy Boucher should both be on waivers this morning because of that missed shootout attempt

-Also Guy Boucher should be fired immediately for ruining all the organization’s elite prospects. Thomas Chabot may not recover from the injustices he has suffered under this maniac. Boucher pretty much ruined Victor Hedman when he coached him in Tampa Bay and it’s happening again with Chabot.

-Hope Cody Ceci got a nice present for his birthday because his present to Sens fans was another season-ruining performance. Sure the goal was nice but those 28 minutes he played were personally offensive to me and to all of us. Trade him today.

-The league should take a serious look at whether or not they should even award the Senators a single point for this dreadful performance. The game may have been tied at the end of regulation and the Senators easily could have won the game but if you really think about it, Ottawa was down by like ten.
