A lot was made of the weekend back to back as a potential turning point for the Ottawa Senators.
With two division rivals on the docket, it was a chance for the Sens to officially rejoin the race. It didn’t really work out that way. Two of a possible four points is not a disaster necessarily but a couple overtime losses did not exactly build momentum for the team.
