Game Day – Senators Host Mammoth on Sunday Night

Let’s do it again, shall we?

This time, against a team that definitely exists. The Senators host the Utah Mammoth (sp??) on Sunday night in Ottawa.

Tonight is the first of four straight on home ice this week. Dallas is here on Tuesday, the Bruins are in town on Thursday night and the Los Angeles Kings make a rare appearance on Saturday. It’s a crucial stretch for the Senators, especially with a seven-game road trip waiting for them on the other side.

Hayden Hodgson was recalled from Belleville earlier today. We’ll see where he fits in and whether they have any other changes in mind.

Puck drops at 7:08 PM. The game is on TSN5 and on the radio at TSN1200. And if you have those snow tires on, you can head down to the CTC and see a mammoth in real life.

A closer look at how they match up with the Mammoths courtesy of a HEAD2HEAD table.
