Game Day – Senators Wrap Up Homestand vs. Ducks

Sens! Ducks! Today!

The Ottawa Senators close out a three game homestand when they host the Anaheim Ducks at the Canadian Tire Centre on Thursday night.

They’ll have to do it without the ideal amount of Zubs in the lineup. Which is one Zub, for the record. Artem Zub will miss a second straight game for the good guys but it sounds like he may be ready by the weekend. Max Guenette has been recalled on an emergency basis to fill that spot. Jake Sanderson skated today and could be back as early as this weekend.

Here’s how they lined up at the Game Day skate.

Tkachuk-Norris-Batherson
Joseph-Stützle-Giroux
Greig-Pinto-Tarasenko
Kubalik-Kastelic-Kelly

Chabot-Bernard-Docker
Chychrun-Hamonic
Brannstrom-Guenette

Joonas Korpisalo gets the start in goal.

Puck drop is scheduled for 7:08 PM at The Tire. I am certain that if I say that enough times, it will catch on. The game is available on TSN5, TSN1200 and on streaming sites across the information super highway.

Wondering how these two teams match-up but your on-the-go lifestyle simply doesn’t allow you the time and flexibility to arrange your own statistics into the necessary columns and rows? The HEAD2HEAD table is here to help.
