We’ll get back to hockey later today but first, I wanted to say thanks to all the brave men and women that have fought in the name of this great country.
Remembrance Day is that one day a year when we do something we really should do the other 364. And that’s be thankful for the lives we live and more importantly, remember those that made the ultimate sacrifice protecting our freedom.
Whether you’re downtown today, at a ceremony elsewhere, at work or in the comfort of your home- do take a minute to acknowledge the significance of today and remember those that gave their lives so we could live ours.
