Game Day- Preseason Continues vs. Canucks

If the Ottawa Senators and the Vancouver Canucks play a preseason game in Abbotsford, British Columbia, and nobody is able to watch it, then does the game even really exist?

We’ll find out later tonight. Like, much, much later.

The Senators play their fourth tune-up game tonight when they visit the Canucks at the Abbotsford Centre in the Fraser Valley.

Puck drop is scheduled for just after 10:00 PM. Let me know how it goes.

See, the Abbotsford Centre is a 7,000 seat multi-purpose arena located in beautiful Abbotsford. Construction of the complex began in September 2007 and it’s believed to have costed about $64.7 million to build. The arena has 300 club seats, 15 boxes, 20 private suites, and 2 party suites. Safe to assume those Party Suites will be BUZZING tonight.

Sorry, got lost in the Abbotsford Centre Wikipedia page for a bit there.

It’s worth pointing out that nowhere on that page did they mention why tonight’s preseason game is being played there.

Also, it sounds like the Senators might not even make it there in time.

Anyway, here’s the line up.

Balcers-Tierney-Ryan
Paul-L.Brown-Batherson
Ennis-Anisimov-Duclair
Kelly-Szwarz-Sabourin

Chabot-Zaitsev
Borowiecki-Jaros
Brannstrom-DeMelo

Anders Nilsson is expected to play every single one of the untelevised middle of the damn night minutes.

If anybody knows a Sens fan in Abbotsford, please tell them to head down to the rink and record it on their phone.
