With Training Camp now just a week away, the Ottawa Senators continue to tinker with their organizational depth.
This morning, the team announced that they have signed unrestricted free agent Tyler Motte to a one-year contract worth $1.35M. Motte split last season between the Vancouver Canucks and the New York Rangers, tallying 15 pts in 58 games.
Motte is primarily a bottom of the lineup player but he provides some additional depth to the team’s NHL roster.
