They’ve only been gone a few days and yet it feels like an eternity since we last saw the Ottawa Senators.
It was just five days ago that the Sens dropped a 3-1 decision in Edmonton, snapping a six-game win streak in the process. The big news coming out of that game was the health of Linus Ullmark and as the team returned to the practice ice on Friday morning, it seems like an ongoing issue.
According to Travis Green, Ullmark won’t join the team on the tail end of this lengthy road trip as he continues to deal with some sort of back issue.
Meanwhile Anton Forsberg was on the ice this morning and there is a chance he could play on this trip.
Here’s how the team lined up this morning ahead of tomorrow’s game against the Winnipeg Jets.
