Road trips are normal over the course of a long regular season but this one is on another level entirely.
Not only are the opponents fairly daunting on this nine-game swing but when it’s all said and done, it will be nearly a month between home games. The next time the Senators lace ’em up in the friendly confines of the Canadian Tire Centre, we’ll be well into 2025. And even though there’s a five-day holiday break tucked in there, this is going to be a grind.
Seattle. Calgary. Vancouver. Edmonton. Winnipeg. Minnesota. Dallas. St. Louis. Detroit.
The good news is the Sens hit the road playing some of their best hockey of the season. Two games above .500 and according to all the screenshots I’ve seen recently, actually in a playoff spot in the Eastern Conference. They’ll look to build off a massive win on Saturday night when they visit a Kraken in Seattle.
The Senators went with an off-ice workout today so not sure how they’ll line up. Probably safe to assume it’s the same look as Saturday though.

Puck drop is scheduled for 10:08 PM in Seattle so still plenty of time to argue about politics in the comment section below. The game is on TSN5, TSN1200 and will almost certainly be streamed by a buncha nocturnal internet pirates.
HEAD2HEAD table? What HEAD2HEAD table?
