And then there was one RFA left standing.
After a surprisingly lengthy delay, Logan Brown has finally signed a one-year contract with the Ottawa Senators. It’s a two-way contract that will see Brown earn $750,000 at the NHL level and $100,000 in the American Hockey League.
It’s no secret that the Senators have looked into dealing Logan Brown over the last little while but with limited interest, this became the only real option. Now both the Senators and Brown have to hope he can come to Ottawa, have a good camp and maybe even force his way into the NHL lineup.
The now 23-year old Brown has appeared in 30 NHL games over parts of three seasons.
