The title says it all.
The Ottawa Senators. What’s not to like, really? A team loaded with young talent, great jerseys, a perfect mascot and one of the best damn parking lots in the entire province.
Those lovable Sens take on the boring ol’ New Jersey Devils down at the Canadian Tire Centre tonight.
Just an optional Game Day skate for the Senators earlier today but it does sound like there will be some changes to the lineup. Nikita Zaitsev is ready to go and he takes Michael Del Zotto’s spot on the back end.
DJ Smith also provided some more final updates on a few players, confirming that Mathieu Joseph and Matt Murray are both done for the season. It’s the same thing for Connor Brown and Shane Pinto.
Both Mark Kastelic and Scott Sabourin have been recalled and will play again tonight. A best guess at how the Senators will line up for this one.

Anton Forsberg starts in goal.
Puck drop is scheduled for 7:08 PM at the Canadian Tire Centre. The game is available on TSN5, RDS2 and on the radio at TSN1200. No streams will be available for this one because as everyone knows, all games against the Devils are so dreadfully boring that they’re not really worth the required bandwidth.
Here’s a closer look at how these two teams match-up via the HEAD2HEAD table, which was recently recognized as the “best recurring Sens-related statistical table for the month of April” by a publication called Table Digest. Not bad at all!
