Game Day- Surging Senators Visit Sabres

The rebuilding Ottawa Senators are going to catch the contending Toronto Maple Leafs. By accident.

That’s it. That’s the intro.

Another game, another impressive win for the Senators last night.

At all the times you would expect a so-called last place team to roll over, the Sens refuse to do so. Down a goal, they battled back against the Philadelphia Flyers and then locked it down the rest of the way.

Ottawa has now won four of their last five games. Outside of that hiccup in Carolina, they look like a real tough team to play against right now.

We’ll see how much they have left in the tank on a tough back to back in Buffalo.

No changes to the 18 skaters that will suit up for the Senators tonight against the Sabres.
