We have seen a little bit of everything from the Ottawa Senators this year.
They’ve put up a 3-2-0 record through the first five games of the season and in there, we’ve seen flashes of brilliance. Saturday’s win over a divisional rival on home ice was a big one for the Senators and has the team feeling good as they kick off what will be a tough Western road trip.
It starts with a visit to Utah tonight to take on a/the Hockey Club.
Couple changes expected to the Ottawa lineup. David Perron is away from the team for personal reasons and did not join the team on the road trip. Ridly Greig was on the ice for practice yesterday and could be ready to return as early as tonight.
A best guess at the lineup for now…
Tkachuk-Stützle-Amadio
Giroux-Norris-Batherson
Gregor-Pinto-Greig
Cousins-Gaudette-MacEwen
Sanderson-Hamonic
Chabot-Jensen
Kleven-Bernard Docker
Linus Ullmark was expected to start but instead will not start.
Puck drop is scheduled for 9:15 PM in Salt Lake City so be sure to get those pre-game naps in. The game is available on TV, radio and on the internet, I assume.
A closer look at how the Senators match up with the Hockey Club.
