Game Day – Senators Return Home to Host Blue Jackets

Games remaining. Standings. Points. Percentages. Strength of schedule. All of it, well documented at this point. Y’all know the situation. When the puck drops at the Canadian Tire Centre later tonight, none of it matters.

Just find a way.

The Ottawa Senators return home from their most recent road trip to play what really is the biggest game in this city in like eight years. Until the next one.

Sens and Blue Jackets on Saturday night at the CTC.

This is the point in the Game Day post where in a quick paragraph, I say something about the opponent or about the significance of the game. Honestly though, this one kind of speaks for itself. It’s not that it’s a must-win it’s just the significance of the opportunity the Senators have tonight that makes this one so freaking massive.

Just find a way.

Nick Jensen sat out the morning skate but he’s good to go. No changes expected to the lineup that won the other night in Detroit.

Tkachuk-Pinto-Greig
Giroux-Stützle-Zetterlund
Perron-Cozens-Batherson
Highmore-Gaudette-Amadio

Sanderson-Zub
Chabot-Jensen
Kleven-Matinpalo

Linus Ullmark gets the start in goal for the good guys.

Puck drop is scheduled for 7:08 PM at the Canadian Tire Centre in beautiful Kanata, Ontario. The game is available on TV and radio and on internet or you can head down to the The Tire and Rev up the friggin’ Red in person.

Just find a way.

This last part is the most important part of all. Read it. Say it. Feel it. Live it.

Go. Sens. Go.
