After waiting eight long years to make their return to the Stanley Cup Playoffs, the Ottawa Senators were welcomed back in the rudest way possible. And now trailing 1-0 in the series, they need to bounce back in a hurry.

It wasn’t that the Sens were bad on Sunday night. In fact, for long stretches of that game, it felt like you could make the argument that they were the better team. But the thing about controlling the play at 5-on-5, is it doesn’t really matter if you can’t kill off a penalty to save your life. Questionable calls and struggling the penalty kill was the difference in Game 1.
There are a few things on Ottawa’ To Do list heading into Tuesday night but stay out of the friggin’ box and get a friggin’ save are right at the top of the list.
