29 games to go. About 35% of the 2019/2020 regular season remains.
While it would be a lie to say we’re almost there, it would not be an exaggeration to say that there are fewer games remaining than have already been played. So if you really think about it, the year is basically over.
Good season, everyone. See you in September!
The Ottawa Senators host Nathan MacKinnon and the high-flying Colorado Avalanche tonight at the Canadian Tire Centre. Or maybe that should say the high-flying Nathan MacKinnon and the Colorado Avalanche. Either way.
One change of note for the Senators as Nick Paul plays his first game in nearly a month. He takes Vladislav Namestnikov’s spot up front.
Just an optional morning skate for the Senators today so line combinations will be a bit of a guessing game until puck drop. A real day ruiner, I know.

Darren Madeley gets the start for the Senators. The Nordiques will counter with Stephane Fiset.
Puck drop is scheduled for just after 7:30 PM. The game is available on TSN5, RDS2 and you can stream it here.
And now, the HEAD2HEAD table. How bout that Ottawa power play?!?!
