It wasn’t exactly a masterpiece but for a team in desperate need of some good vibes, Thursday night’s win over the Carolina Hurricanes was exactly what the doctor ordered.
Now, they’ll try to build on that effort as they host the high-flying Colorado Avalanche.
This is Ottawa’s third game in four nights in what really is a fairly ridiculous portion of the schedule. After tonight, they’ll head to New Jersey on Monday night and then back home to host Islanders on Tuesday.
We’ll see how much they have in the tank against a dangerous Avs team.
