After a disappointing loss to kick off the home stand, the Senators are right back at it against the Philadelphia Flyers.
They’ll close out this three game homestand on Saturday night against the Florida Panthers. After that, they hit the road for four tough road games against Pittsburgh, San Jose, Los Angeles and Anaheim.
While the Sens did a lot of things right on Tuesday against Buffalo, penalties and a slow start proved to be their undoing.
Expecting a much better start from them tonight.
Both Bobby Ryan and Marc Methot are expected to miss this one. Methot is just day to day but Ryan sounds like he could be a little bit longer.
Clarke MacArthur was one the ice in something close to contact drills yesterday and while there’s still no timeline for his return, it’s a step in the right direction. A best guess at the Senators line up for this one based on yesterday’s injury updates.
