Let’s do it again, shall we?
It hasn’t always been pretty but the defensively-stingy Ottawa Senators are off to a blistering start to the 2026/2027 season. They’ve won six of their first eight games and find themselves amongst the top teams in the league and they’re doing it without one of their most important players in Jake Sanderson.
The Senators will look to keep it rolling as they visit the struggling Philadelphia Flyers.
One change to the Ottawa lineup tonight as Nik Matinpalo draws back in and Cam Crotty comes out. Jake Sanderson is getting close and could return as early as next week but he won’t play tonight. Here’s how the Senators are expected to line ’em up in Philly.
Halliday-Stützle-Batherson
Burakovsky-Cozens-Giroux
Cousins-Pinto-Amadio
Foegele-Greig-Zetterlund
Chabot-Zub
Kleven-Spence
Matinpalo-Yakemchuk
Linus Ullmark starts for the good guys.
Puck is dropping around 7:08 PM. The game is available on Sportsnet something or other and on the radio at TSN1200. Streaming hot streams will be served up a little closer to game time.
