Game 6 in Manchester

The Binghamton Senators will look to avoid elimination for the second straight game when they play game six of their series with the Manchester Monarchs.

The Monarchs lead the series 3-2.

An overtime winner and stick punt from Kaspars Daugavins kept their season alive on Wednesday night and the BSens will be looking for more of the same tonight.  Robin Lehner will make his second straight start in the Binghamton net.

Lehner didn’t look overly sharp in the highlights I saw but a win is a win. If he can somehow dig Bingo out of this hole they are in right now you would have to think it will do wonders for his confidence. It has been an up and down year for Lehner but he certainly has an opportunity to close on a positive note.

As always, the game is available on the Team1200. Here is how the forwards are expected to line up…

Daugavins-Potulny-Keller

Greening-O’Brien-Condra

Wick-Z. Smith-Butler

Dziurzynski-Bass-Grant.
