Great Deal from Broker4Tickets

Ales Hemsky will make his Canadian Tire Centre debut on Monday night and thanks to the good folks over at Broker4Tickets.com, SensChirp readers save $50 when they purchase tickets to this Monday’s game between the Senators and Predators.

For those of you that haven’t heard of them, Broker4Tickets is an Ottawa based company that provides great deals on premium seats.  They get their tickets directly from season tickets holders which allows them to sell below face value.  Nice thing about B4T is you avoid the annoying “hidden fees” you see with some other ticket resale sites and you always have access to some of the best seats in the house.

Here’s how you can take advantage of the deal being offered by Broker4Tickets.  First, head here to see the tickets they have left available for Monday night. Then, when going through checkout, use the code SENSCHIRP-50 to apply your $50 discount.  With the savings, you can get 300 level seats for as low as $15. Can’t beat that!

To keep an eye on other deals and contests, check out the Broker4Tickets Facebook page and follow them on Twitter.

Damn, of course I work that night.

    • SensChirp

If we get good traction and lots of people buying, B4T is likely to do discounts like this again before the end of the season. Keep an eye out!

      • http://www.Merchaholic.ca Merchaholic

        It’s a team I haven’t seen either which sucks.

        • SensChirp

Hmm how important is this job to you?

          • http://www.Merchaholic.ca Merchaholic

Haha, my family relies on it lol.

          • SensChirp

            Well ok. Don’t quit then.

          • http://www.Merchaholic.ca Merchaholic

Unless you got a nice moderator job I can do from home with some benefits and a nice annual income? ;)

          • SensChirp

Sure. I’ll pay you 40% of the monthly profits. Which is about $60 a month. Does that work? I can go as high as $65.

          • Moudy Mahfouz

If this is serious offer on the table, Id be willing to take it.

          • SensChirp

Haha the moderating job? No, I think I have a pretty good handle on it. Although some days Tooks gets the best of me :)

          • Tooks

Oh come on, I’ve been an angel the last few weeks!

          • http://www.Merchaholic.ca Merchaholic

Sold!!! I’m going with the family. Section: 304 Row: J Seats: 3 & 4. Must of just missed the 1st two seats. When can I expect my monthly profits to be deposited boss? ;)

          • SensChirp

So you did quit your job then?

          • http://www.Merchaholic.ca Merchaholic

Nah, I should be able to make it back to town by 11:30. Might just have to sneak out a bit earlier. But for 15 bucks a ticket I couldn’t pass it up on a team I have yet to see.

          • SensChirp

And the code worked ok when you used it? Someone above had issues so I want to make sure everything is working properly.

  • FBP

    That’s a crazy deal.

  • my2sens

How many people going to Sens Skills next Wednesday?

    • http://www.Merchaholic.ca Merchaholic

What skills!!! I want to see their skills on the damn ice in a game lol. Hopefully this Nashville game is one of them.

      • xN1Cx

        Oh snap

    • esk

i will be there. never been. hows it like?

  • FistsofNeil25

You know, when I first read the title “Great Deal from Broker4Tickets” my first reaction was you couldn’t even pay me to go watch a Sens game at CTC at the moment with the way this team has played lately. But damn Chirp, that is one hell of a deal!

    • SensChirp

It makes the 300 level seats ridiculously affordable and even 200 and 100 level seats look pretty attractive with that kind of discount. Pretty great deal

      • FistsofNeil25

I know what a crazy deal. I’m just trying to decide where to sit now. So many options with this kind of deal!

  • sens88

    Dear hockey gods,

No 3 point games tonight please. Thanks.

  • CUP 2014-15

It seems no matter how hard our team tries, the rest of the east will not allow them to fall completely out of the race. Montreal, Columbus, Tampa and Washington all lost and Detroit gives up the lead and looses in O.T.
Lets see if sens88 has our prayers answered tonight and then we can have a little more hope tomorrow in the peg in yet another FREAKIN AFTERNOON GAME…UGH!!!! Have a great Friday all.

    • my2sens

Yesterday we sat at 7.something% chance of making it.

Today we sit 8.9% with the opportunity, should sens88′s prayers be answered, to move up to 9.5%….

      • CUP 2014-15

You know at the rate of almost 2 % pts per day we could see this team at a 50/50 shot by April fools day. lol

  • FistsofNeil25

Oh no Chirp, I ordered my tickets but for some reason the promo code didn’t work and broker4tickets charge my full price!

    • sben

I’m pretty sure that there is also a promo code: HERITAGE

    • SensChirp

Email me at info@senschirp.ca and we’ll figure out what happened there. Have to make sure you click “apply code”

      • FistsofNeil25

Don’t worry about it I’m on the phone with broker4tickets now. They’re sorting it out.

        • SensChirp

Ya I checked with them and they said the code has been applied successfully on other purchases. Let me know when you have things sorted out.

          • FistsofNeil25

Okay thanks. The issue obviously must have been on my end and not theirs.

  • my2sens

Strange to see… if Buffalo loses tonight they are officially out of the playoffs.

  • Tcharger – Ryan-For-51

Wish I hadn’t just boycotted…. And that I wasn’t as stubborn as Maclean

    • FistsofNeil25

I’m as frustrated as you are but the way I see it, there can’t be any wavering as a fan. We have to support them through the good times and the bad…through rebuilds and cup contention.

      • Tcharger – Ryan-For-51

See I was… I just can’t take any of the idiotic recent moves… The toi drives me nuts…. The trade/waiving

I can’t bring myself to spend further money this year to just end up pissed off

        • SensChirp

Certain players are playing through injuries. Does that help you?

          • Tcharger – Ryan-For-51

Marginally… The players aren’t the ones Pissing me off

          • SensChirp

But the injuries may have an impact on the TOI issue that’s bothering you.

          • Tcharger – Ryan-For-51

If it’s Ryan in question…. Then sit him and let him heal so people stop running him out of town saying he is lazy and doesn’t care

          • Miguel

and us fans have to play through injury as well Tcharger,
hey I am no glass half full guy, and I completely relate to the frustration, and this may seem like a glass 1/4 full, but bud, lets not give up on them altogether.
there are some gems that need all of us to support through this crap
EK alone is worth the price of admission
but lets see Hoffman progress, and Zibby and Ceci
buddy please do not lose your religion :-)

          • Tcharger – Ryan-For-51

U hear you… But I’ll watch from home for the next bit. Leaving games pissed off isn’t good for my heart. At least at home I can turn it off

      • Tooks

Depends on the bad, I dont mind losing IF the best players play, which they arent, I dont mind losing if we play our hardest, which we aint…I dont mind losing if we get beat by better teams, and coaching aint a factor…but IT IS…

    • PraiseAlfie11

Any boycott should be against eugene. He’s saving (and making) money on the fans backs.

If he realizes fans won’t attend games of a team with a basement salary cap, he would have to change his approach.

Boycotting because of PM would just result in a new coach, not an increase in spending.

      • Tcharger – Ryan-For-51

Whatever the reason…it hits Eugene in the pocket.

  • Mark

Nice Chirp…I just got two 300 level seats for $15 a piece.
    Thanks!

    • SensChirp

      Awesome. Enjoy the game!

    • Mark

This is the cheapest I have ever bought tickets….awesome!!!

  • SensChirp

Only 8 pairs left in the 300s. $15 beans a ticket. Get on it!

  • FistsofNeil25

Chirp, just letting you know that broken4tickets took care of everything and adjusted the amount they charged me. Great customer service! Thanks again!

  • FistsofNeil25

Non-Sens related but how awesome was it to see Stamkos back from injury last night? The league is at it’s best when it’s star players are healthy and playing.

  • SensChirp

5 pairs left in the 300s.

    • Miguel

chirp your killing us suckers who are away for March break… stop please its paining me :-0
great freaking deal chirpers, lets fill the place with knowledgeable Sens fans!!!

  • MethotToMyMadness

I’d be all over those last 2 tickets, but I’m stuck working Monday night. Great deal though, wow!!

  • MethotToMyMadness

As for what the Sens need to do, Chirp tweeted out we’d have to go 14-3-2. That is looking at it from the worst really. If we get lucky and all our competition lose more games then win, at least in a greater % than the Sens, it could take less.

Case in point, look what a 6 game win streak has done for LA. A team who was outside looking in, has now just took 3rd place in the Pacific. 12 points can do you wonders. If the Sens were to do the same over the next 6 games (please baby please) and the teams around them only win half, we’d be in the same situation. Again, odds aren’t good it will happen, but you just never know who will go on a hot streak. Maybe Andy will start to stand on his head again!

    • PraiseAlfie11

Ok…say by some miracle they do get in. Now they play pittsburgh again. I’m tired of being their whipping boys.

Fact is, we have a good young offensive core, lacking defense and no legit top tier defense coming. The only way to address this is to trade for top defense. This will cost offensive players, prospects and cash.

      • MethotToMyMadness

That is true, trades may be required, but we do have a lot of prospects.

  • runningbear1974

No worries boys and girls… We can’t possibly miss the playoffs with the combined strengths of Spezza and Phillips’ leadership skills… Not even possible…

    • 11101010110101010101

trumped by a team owner with no money to spend on the best Captain ever

      • runningbear1974

What? You think paying Spezza and Phillips more will increase our likelihood of making the playoffs?

      • Jacques

Alfie is gone dude we’re stuck with player 19.

        • Jacques

          I understood don’t worry!

  • Miguel

the irony and contrast between two years
last year we expected nothing from a rebuild team with a depleated lineup from injuries to its stars, proving all wrong and not only making the playoffs but taking out the mighty habs.
This leads all to believe that the Sens with returning stars from injury will not only make the playoffs, but also could make waves once in.
    Wow how we have fallen!
I guess this is the biggest reason most of us are so disapointed… increased expectations, with decrease results and individual performances.
No we will not make the playoffs, but in the end if we balance out the two years, we are probabley where we should be.
Real question becomes, what tinkering do we do to ensure we progress from here? and not take any further steps back

    • Don Cherry LOVES Mark Stone

Eugene Melnyk = Charles Wang 2.0

It’s going to be a painful 5 to 10 years until EM sells the team to
an owner with money who will then have to rebuild the team

      • runningbear1974

I don’t understand your beliefs… Last year we had a great team that didn’t get paid much… It was a good fun team to watch… This year we add in a few players, and now we suck… How come the conclusion isn’t that the players we added are hurting our team…
We don’t need money… We PROVED that last year….

        • Jacques

Exactly we just need to ice the right team, you can spend wisely, doesn’t have to be right up against the cap!

          • SensChirp

You can make the playoffs at the cap floor, sure. Won’t ever seriously contend though.

          • runningbear1974

I just want a team I can cheer for and be proud of… Last year’s team was fun to watch… I hate our “skilled” teams… The 2007 sens team was crappola, they were lucky to make to the finals…

          • Sensnation

Lucky to make the finals hahaha, ya pure luck. Team didn’t even have to show up, just roll some dice in the back alley and they get through.

          • SensChirp

Took them 15 games to win three series. Pretty close to a record.

          • runningbear1974

exactly… because it was so easy… Because the east was so weak… My claim is that it was NOT because we were good, it was because they were bad… the 2007 team would not win against any of the top teams this year… Not Pittsburgh, Chicago, boston, LA…

          • runningbear1974

Yes it was pure luck that the east was so weak that year… We will not have such an easy time to the finals next time…

          • FistsofNeil25

Kind of a ridiculous comment don’t ya think? There’s no such thing as a team making it to the Stanley Cup finals on pure luck.

We had the best line in hockey: Heatley-Spezza-Alfie
Great two way players: Fisher, Vermette, Kelly
One of the best shutdown pairings that year: Phillips-Volchenkov
and a very mobile defense with: Redden, Meszaros, Preissing, Corvo

          • runningbear1974

Nope… Not ridiculous… They won every series 4-1… That sounds really easy to me… They were very lucky to meet up against easy teams for them… And, your wrong, lots of crappy teams have made it to the finals… Remember Florida back in the 90s…

          • fan of Big Ben

please help us Billy Beane – you’re our only hope

        • fan of Big Ben

16 teams with a higher payroll than Ottawa will make the playoffs this year

last season was nothing but a compressed season lucky fluke
brought to you by amazing once in a decade goaltending

          • runningbear1974

Lucky fluke or not… I loved that team… They were fun to watch… I was proud to be sens fan… This year… Well I guess you just need faith… This is miserable… I no longer believe in much about the team… Can Murray make the right tough decisions, or is he blinded by his friendship with some of our leaders… Why is Maclean making these weird decisions, there’s something going on…
Why would anyone believe that next year will be any different than this year??? It’s going to be the exact same leaders… Mostly the same team…

        • Sensnation

It was half a lockout season, and then this year there are extra teams in our conference. You can’t take last season as more then what it was, a successful half season that we just happened to be running hot for. Easy to do in a small time frame, hard to do over a full season.

    • Richard Gough

Its time for Murray to get his young guns try outs over the next 19 games

Move out some of there old player’s and keep collecting draft picks and prospects start making smarting trades &signings in this off season

      • fan of Big Ben

I completely agree with your first sentence

there are several Binghamton players that should get a 5 to 10 game NHL evaluation ASAP

  • Phil.

Can someone remind me what is call up rule/limit for post-trade deadline call ups? Thanks.

    • Phil.

After the NHL trade deadline, an NHL team is limited to four non-emergency callups from their minor league affiliates until their AHL or ECHL affiliate’s season has ended (that is, callups from the AHL or ECHL who are not replacing injured players). Additions to the NHL roster, however, can come from players on the reserve list who leave collegiate, major junior, or European hockey clubs to sign entry-level contracts.
Following the end of a team’s AHL or ECHL affiliate’s season, unlimited callups are allowed, provided that a player is signed to one of its 50 contract slots.

  • Shibal

Zib stuck with Kassian and Condra at practice.

    • Tcharger – Ryan-For-51

And people wonder why I don’t want to spend any money

      • SensChirp

Just take a deep breath and think about it. A lot of knee jerk reactions to everything MacLean does lately. Maybe there’s a reason why he’s there?

        • Doc

Yeah I love how people sitting on their couch at home can judge the coach or players without even remotely knowing what’s going on behind the scenes.

  • Sandy

I’m still having trouble with the site. When I go onto the site.. the latest story is about Conacher & Corvo on waivers.

I have to use Chirp’s twitter to get to the latest stories..
    Anyone else having issues?
Also, what’s wrong with McArthur. Sure doesn’t bode well for a win tomorrow with him out..

    • SensChirp

Have heard this from a couple people. Trying to figure out the issue. How long has it been that way?

      • Sandy

For a couple of days. Missed the tradedeadline chat.. Damn..

        • SensChirp

Really?? Wonder how many people were in the same spot. Numbers were massive that day

    • FistsofNeil25

I’m having a similar problem when I try to access the site on my ipad. I have no problem’s what so ever though using the site on my computer.

      • SensChirp

Thanks for the heads up. Had a couple people email me the same issue. The server got beat up pretty good during the deadline so it may be related to that. We’ll get things back to normal ASAP.

        • Sandy

Happy to hear it is not just me..

  • MB

Paid for enough games where the Sens get blown out this year.

  • sens88

Anybody going to the skills competition on Wed? Hopefully it will be fun for the team and they can get themselves in a good frame of mind for the next couple of weeks.

I was really really down on the team a couple days ago but I’m trying to keep some optimism.

  • Tcharger – Ryan-For-51

Stewart has a right leg injury. There are few details on Stewart’s injury, but he’s considered day-to-day.

Wonder if this is why we didn’t go that route.

  • CSI: Barbados

Cowen and Neil getting into a “fight” in practice. More of a scuffle. Separated by players

    • Tcharger – Ryan-For-51

Neil probably tried to beat the stupid out of him.

    • Roar…

One can only hope they were both injured and won’t be able to play for the remainder of the season. And I only wish I was kidding :).

    • Tcharger – Ryan-For-51

Gotta say I am not at all surprised that Neil is the one showing some heart.

    • Doc

I like it. This might actually do good.

      Fires them up.

    • my2sens

Didn’t the Sens tear it up after Neiler tore them all a new one in the locker room last time!?

Here’s to hoping this is the same!

  • Roar…

Gotta think it’s time to get the young guys into the lineup. Pageau, Prince, Stone. They all deserve a nice long look down the stretch here. Grant too probably, maybe a game or two for Puempel. Fans want to see these guys worth. Prince especially maybe will quiet down with a few NHL paychecks, heck, gives us a chance to say “put your money where your mouth is” if he doesn’t perform perhaps he’ll stop sulking and go back to focusing on doing what he needs to do to make the NHL down there.

    • Phil.

I would until they are statistically eliminated. If you give up on the season so early, it may be hard to get players to buy in next year.

      • Roar…

I don’t see it as giving up. I think the young guys are our best chance to win. Especially if it means Greening & Neil sitting :).

  • Sensnation

Man is it ever depressing in here … Fans who couldn’t even realize for themselves that this team wasn’t a cup contender now acting like they know what’s best for the team moving forward. I believe in the Sens and Sens management … GO SENS GO!!!

    • Phil.

Count me in. I don’t like the odds, but I have been and will continue to cheer for the Sens to win every game.

    • Colin

      Amen brother!

I am not sure of some of the squeaky wheels in here are actually Sens fans or trolls. Either way, I am done with giving them the time of day.

      • PraiseAlfie11

I’m a fan, but this moneyball approach is frankly pissing me off.

    • CUP 2014-15

I don’t get the end of the team, blow it up nuttiness. The anger is almost laughable at times. Easy to understand getting upset, I sure as hell get pissed but we have been spoiled rotten, I think only Detroit have been to the post season more then the Sens over the last 20 years. Great young core, good blue chippers on the way. There is still hockey to play in this season and I will get pissed at poor play but will pull for this team to the final whistle. GO SENS GO

      • Sandy

I don’t think it’s all about the losing but HOW they are losing that is frustrating the fans.
But I’ll still go… I just love hockey..

        • CUP 2014-15

No question that it’s about how and I think that is the thing we need to understand. This is a very young team, not just on D but up front. we have three centers 25 or younger and they are the key forward in the defensive zone coverage. This team will continue to make rookie mistakes because they don’t have the time or space to make decisions like they did in Bingo. Everything has to come natural and that takes reps. Growing pains.

  • FistsofNeil25

Man Cowen must be really in the coaches doghouse. He was still skating as the extra defenseman at practice today. I expected to see him back in the line-up against Calgary after the loss to Edmonton the night before. It looks like #2 is about to miss his fourth straight game unless something changes in the next 24 hours.

    • PraiseAlfie11

Screw him…the guy quickly became a bum in my book. Holds out as a rookie then sucks the way he has?

  • PraiseAlfie11

So I hear the sens skills competition is now $20 a tix instead of a food donation? Lemme guess, parking extra?

Wow…sure are tight times maintaining a cap floor team.

    • Sandy

I believe you always had to pay for tickets… at least I paid.. and I’m a STH.

Maybe it’s the open practices you are thinking of… I think they are ‘free’

  • Tcharger – Ryan-For-51

    YIPPEE Cowen is back……

    • FistsofNeil25

I sure hope that doesn’t mean we will see the Cowen-Gryba pairing. **shudders**

      • BFR

Would you prefer Cowen – Karlsson?

        • FistsofNeil25

I don’t know. Other than Methot-Karlsson there isn’t a single combination or defensive pairings that I feel good about. Phillips-Ceci is a pretty decent bottom pairing but we don’t have a legit second pairing. That means we have to either split up Methot and Karlsson to give us more balance but anyone who has watched the Sens this year knows that Cowen-Karlsson just doesn’t work.

          • BFR

I know what you mean…. Methot – Karlsson needs to stick together so Karlsson can do his thing. I prefer Phillips with Ceci ’cause they seem to work well together most of the time, but they might have to play 3-4 pairing minutes, which scares me. Or MM-EK would play half the game (EK is a given), then the 3-4 and 5-6 pairing split equally. That is until one of the two bottom pairing shows they are making poor decisions, and become the bottom pairing.

          • FistsofNeil25

Yeah the whole blueline is a bit of a mess. I hope Murray works hard to bring in a legitimate, reliable, mobile, veteran top four defender in the offseason. He needs to clear the log-jam of bottom pairing guys.

If it were up to me I would move out both Wiercioch and Gryba. It’s not that I don’t like them but with Karlsson, Ceci, Phillips and hopefully Methot here to stay, Wiercioch and Gryba are the easiest choices to replace.

Cowen has had one of the worst seasons I can remember for a Sens defenseman but he just has way too much potential to give up on just yet. I would hope that Murray finds a veteran player to skate alongside Cowen in the top four next year

          • WaitingSince92

            This post is bang-on.

We don’t need a Shea Weber, but we DO need a solid 3-4 guy who is well-rounded and can log minutes. Our D wouldn’t be nearly as bad if Phillips, Wiercioch or Gryba weren’t asked to play beyond their capabilities (ie the second pairing).

I also think we’d get the most value moving Wiercioch, of all the aforementioned Dmen.

I think your post is spot-on too. A lot of the struggles this year are probably because D are being asked to play beyond their abilities, due to the whole in the 2nd pairing (causing players to move up the depth ladder). We’ve been tough on pretty much everyone back there, but they really can’t be blamed for not living up to unrealistic expectations. Obviously the organization banked hard on a 2nd pairing of Cowen-Weircioch. They’re not ready for that.

        • Tcharger – Ryan-For-51

I would prefer Weircioch > Cowen….and seeing as he is out yet again…..

          • BFR

            Agreed.

          • CUP 2014-15

neither of them can play the Right side, that is why I think PW has looked his best with CP who was a little better on his off side then Cowen.

    • Sensnation

You say that like we just didn’t watch the team play like crap without him. For a team to be in the upper echelon down the road, you need a guy like Cowen, whether it be him or someone we trade him for, you need a big two way dman in your top 4.

  • FistsofNeil25

Does anyone have any realistic ideas for how Murray can fix the defense in the offseason? In order for the Sens to play Maclean’s puck possession hockey they’re really going to have to address the lack of mobility on the back end. Cowen, Phillips, Gryba, Wiercioch all move like they have cinder-blocks for skates.

    • runningbear1974

      nope…

    • PraiseAlfie11

Trade the upfront depth and get a couple of top 4 dmen. There is NO way possible this team will ever be competitive with the present backend. If they start drafting now, it will be a good 4 years before the D picks start to mature into good players at this level.

Of course, I hope Cowen and PW become what I thought they could be, but it’s looking more doubtful by the day.

  • CUP 2014-15

So Neil and Cowen drop em at practice. well that would be a leader going up to one of the new guys ( giving up almost a half a foot and about 30 lbs.) and explaining to him the importance of waking the f#@k up. Sending a message??? Good job neiler

Cowen better watch it… Neil punched
Cory Conacher all the way to Buffalo.

Just wondering if this is a trade that could be done…

    Anaheim acquires: Spezza

Ottawa acquires: Silverberg, Noesen or Ottawas 1st in 2014

    Fwd lines could be:

    MacArthur – Turris – Ryan
    Silverberg – Zibanejad – Hemsky
    Hoffman – Smith – Condra
    Neil – Grant – Greening

Extras: Stone + maybe one or a combination of Pageau, Noesen, Prince

Maybe some of those extras could be traded for a quality stay at home defenceman, ala Marc Methot 2.0

    • FistsofNeil25

Could not be done. I wouldn’t trade Spezza for that package even if I could anyway.

  • Lorenzo72

Cowen back in the lineup? Congrats coach.

    • FistsofNeil25

He has to be given a chance to get better eventually. May as well be tomorrow.

      • Lorenzo72

        I really hope you’re right.

  • TrueLou

maybe if cowen played with methot, he’d start to rebuild his confidence..(cowen with karlsson is a disaster, and a serious coaching blunder, imho)

  • Sandy

    Not good news:

    Bruce Garrioch ‏@SunGarrioch 1h

Anderson tomorrow. Cowen in Wiercioch out. MacArthur hand injury to be determined. Doubtful this week. #Sens

    Bruce Garrioch ‏@SunGarrioch 1h

MacArthur won’t play tomorrow. Seeing a hand specialist in Ottawa. #Sens

    • runningbear1974

No worries… We have Spezza and Phillips’ leadership to lead the way :)

      • Phil.

You are just sunshine and rainbows today!

      • bluebuyyoo

Good news! Spezza has been one of the best players over the last few games.

        • Jacques

Bahahahahahahaha! Too bad he plays on only half the ice surface! Where’s Jeff Gilooly when you need him!

          • bluebuyyoo

Best player on the ice lately Jacques. Find a way to refute that and not look like a fool.

    • Aaron 2.0

I’m one of the few that’s happy to see Cowen’s back. With all the young guys, why not keep moving them in and out semi-regularly until they begin to establish themselves? I’m not saying to switch a player every game, because that’s not great for getting into a groove, but making a switch every 3-4 games seems like a good way to go, IMO. Gryba, Cowen, Weircioch, and even Ceci might benefit from only being expected to play 50-60 games per season until we start to see more growth from a few of them. Ceci might be ready for more now, but, it’s early days for him too.

  • Richard Gough

Hockey ain’t all sunshine and rainbows. It’s a very mean and nasty place and I don’t care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain’t about how hard you’re hit. It’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That’s how winning is done! Now if you know what you’re worth then go out and get what you’re worth. But ya gotta be willing to take the hits, and not pointing fingers saying you ain’t where you wanna be because of him, or her, or anybody! Cowards do that and that ain’t you! You’re better than that! I’m always gonna love my Senators no matter what.

Believe some of you may still be having issues with new posts not
displaying on home page. Tech guy tells me that a clearing of the
browser cache and a hard reset (Ctrl+F5 not just refresh) should do the
trick. Let me know if that doesn’t work..
