Game Day- Senators Host Silfverberg, Ducks

On the heels of their most impressive win of the season the Ottawa Senators return home to take on the team that handed them their most embarrassing loss of the season a couple weeks ago.

The Sens host Jakob Silfverberg and the Ducks in a rare Friday night game at the Canadian Tire Centre.

(UPDATE 10:56 AM)- As is usually the case with Head Coach Paul MacLean, he’s a little hesitant to tinker with a winning line up.  That means we’ll see the same combinations that worked in Detroit the other night.  Patrick Wiercioch, Jean Gabriel Pageau and Matt Kassian are in the press box.  Here is how the Senators are expected to line up

Michalek-Spezza-Conacher
MacArthur-Turris-Ryan
Grant-Zibanejad-Condra
Greening-Smith-Neil

Methot-Karlsson
Cowen-Corvo
Phillips-Gryba

While these are the combinations at the morning skate, keep an eye on Colin Greening.  He took a bunch of shifts on the top line on Wednesday and could find himself up there again tonight.  Craig Anderson gets the start for Ottawa.

Puck drop is just after 7:30 PM with plenty of tickets remaining.
